About Me

Hey there lovely being, thank you dearly for checking out my site.
Ashley Lyanna is my alias.
twenty something | on the path | from the land they call New York.

I recently graduated from Binghamton University with a BA in English Language & Literature with a concentration in Rhetoric, and a minor in Film Studies.  Seeing as my passion is creating content, I decided to develop and outlet to expose the brilliance of this universe.
Ever since I could remember, I've had an endless fascination for the mysteries of life.  As a young kid, my family would take me to peer into our telescope out into the vastness of the night sky.  This launched my love for science and learning Truths of our cosmic home.  Throughout my youth and adolescence, I discovered that partaking in creative activities such as art, music, acting, filming, writing and playing with makeup soothed my ever-inquisitive mind.  The Arts enabled reflection and contemplation of the world.
Through schooling, I sought to expand my world views and combat toxic aspects of my life which warranted me turn my will to establishing greater good.  In 2010, I serendipitously found myself volunteering at a non-profit organization that advocated peace and social justice through dialogue inspired by nature.  I left rejuvenated, enlightened with knowledge of world issues and methods self-healing while immersed in a supportive community of like-minded individuals.  I loved it so much, I have returned ever since.
Since graduating, I strive to live my life according to my values.  Taking meaningful action towards a better version of myself. Cultivating inner peace and compassion in this crazy world through looking inwards and loving outwards.  Finding balance in what brings me joy: veganisim, peace & justice, health & wellness, healing, music, playing the ukulele, beauty rituals, adventuring, being a mutt mommy, being in nature,  creating art, being with people that contribute positivity, and always learning.
This is my journey as an explorer of consciousness, in constant pursuit of Truth, Love, Freedom, & Beauty.

According to the theory of Conservation of Energy, one may conclude smoldering ash is evidence of matter transforming to light.
